It gives you headaches as well as drying your skin out. Have to drink a lot of water. Ideally you want it in the 50's, which is where my house would naturally be, over 60 is mold breeding territory and the low 40's is bad for viruses in Winter.

You'd be able to use the drying mode on yours on hot days, as that is designed to deal with humidity from high heat, can't use that on mine with our dry heat.

We usually don't get too many days in a row of this, otherwise I'd seriously have to look at buying a humidifier to counter my Aircon, which I just about did last summer.
